Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do not offer exchanges for a different product.
If your goods arrive damaged or broken in transit, or develop a fault during normal use within 60 days of purchase, contact us to arrange a replacement of the affected item or component at no cost.
Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs. Contact us before posting anything back so we can arrange the next step. We will cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faulty or transit-damaged goods where a return is required.
Our 60-day replacement offer is additional to your legal rights. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Your consumer rights: Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, including after 60 days. For a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. If no shipping rate is available for your address, contact us for a quote.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier. Any expected dispatch date for a preorder is shown on the product page. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can help.
Orders & Product Use
Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Your order total, including applicable shipping and taxes, is shown before payment.
Please follow the age recommendations, safety warnings and instructions supplied with each product. Storytelling Peg People are intended for ages 3 years and over. Small parts may present a choking hazard.
Printable downloads are supplied digitally; no physical item is shipped. Please follow any usage conditions included with each download.
